This large concrete arch replaced a steel trestle, which featured deck girder spans.
The concrete arch was built when the railroad was relocated and double tracked, and the remaining area filled with fill.
In addition, the creek was channelized to go under the fill.
Today, the arch is in good condition. It can be accessed using local foot trails.
The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
